Material:
Connecting link made of high-grade steel iwth at least 600 N/mm2 tensil strength, pins and bushes made of case-hardened steel, hardened.

Other materials are at the descretion of the manufacturer.

Link plates are available with a tail or even, choice of the manufacturer.

For the latch there is the choice of a connecting link with a straight pin with a cotter or a cranked pin with a cotter.
